Questions & answers
Which sites can I import from?
Product pages from your suppliers: Shopify and WooCommerce stores and most sites that publish standard product data. If a page can't be read, Importino tells you and nothing is used from your quota.
Am I allowed to import any product?
Only content you own or have permission to use, for example from your own suppliers or brands you resell. When the source is a Shopify store, Importino asks you to confirm it's your supplier.
What counts as an import?
A product created in your store, with all its variants and images. Previews, skipped duplicates and failed attempts are free.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every store gets 5 free imports, no card needed. After that, pick a monthly plan or a one-time pack.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice. Change or cancel your plan anytime inside the app.
