These terms govern your use of Importino (“the App”), provided by Unmatched Scaling LLC. By installing the App you agree to them.
1. The service
The App lets you import product information (titles, descriptions, images, variants and prices) from web pages you choose into your Shopify store, and to monitor those pages for price changes.
2. Your responsibility for content
You may only import content that you own or have permission to use, for example your own products, products from your suppliers, or content licensed to you. You are solely responsible for the products you publish, including their accuracy, pricing and compliance with intellectual property, consumer protection and other applicable laws, and with Shopify's terms. You must not use the App to copy other merchants' stores without authorization. When the source is another Shopify store, the App asks you to confirm that the store is your supplier and has given you permission; you are responsible for that confirmation being true.
3. Plans and billing
The free tier includes 5 imports. Paid plans and one-time packs are billed in USD through Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the App; when you cancel, access to the paid plan ends and Shopify prorates the charge where applicable. One-time import credits do not expire and are not refundable once used.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to bypass plan limits, overloading third-party websites, or using the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access in case of abuse.
5. Availability
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but some websites block automated access or change their structure, so imports may occasionally fail or be incomplete. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
7. Intellectual property complaints
If you own content (for example product descriptions or photos) that you believe was imported into a store through the App without permission, contact us at the address below with: the URL of your original content, the URL of the store or product where it appears, and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf. We will review every complaint promptly, inform the merchant, and suspend access to the App for merchants who repeatedly import content they have no right to use. Removal of the product itself from a Shopify store is the merchant's responsibility; you can also report it directly to Shopify.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
